When choosing photographs to display on this website the safety and privacy of our players (including those of the opposition) is a priority of our Club. At the start of each season written consent is obtained from our parents/guardians regarding the taking and use of such photographs.  In addition, our Coaching Teams will always obtain verbal permission from their opposite numbers before taking photographs during a match - they will also explain, with the aid of an information card handed to the opposition head coach, the sole purpose that the photographs will be used for, i.e. for display on the Official Club website.

We encourage opposition coaches/players/parents & guardians to visit our site to view the photographs - if, however, anyone wishes to object to the inclusion of any image(s) please use the Feedback Form on our 'Contact Us' page and, if necessary, we will remove them from our site immediately.

Requests for free digital copies of images will be considered from parents/guardians and other family members once details have been verified by the relevant team coach - again use the 'Contact Us' link at the top of this page to get in touch.

In accordance with the SYFA Code of Good Conduct for the Use of Photographs and Images none of our photos are captioned with player names.
