ACO mum Carole Fortune has kindly donated all proceeds from her London Marathon
run on 17 April to help AC Oxgangs players aspire to become winners and role models!

Carole explains; "My son Ryan is just starting out on his big football adventure with AC Oxgangs and I would like to repay the entire Club by helping to provide the youngsters at all age-groups with the training & match kit required to get them to the level of fitness they will need to achieve their goals.

Dennis Williams who, along with his wife Linda, own the Broadway Convenience Store kindly offered to place a collection bucket in-store in aid of the fundraiser. Thanks to the generosity of the staff and customers over £80 was raised! Here we see Dennis with Carole and son Ryan (who is a member of our Under 8s squad) handing over the money. The Broadway Convenience Store is a terrific example of a local business putting something back into the community ... they already co-sponsor our Under 11s! A HUGE thank-you to Dennis, Linda and staff for their ongoing support for AC Oxgangs.
