SERYFA Clarification on Use of 3G Pitches 3G pitches have been sanctioned and included within the SYFA Constitution and as such no teams can refuse to play on this surface. When arranging the match the home team must inform their opponents of the type of surface. In addition to this, the SERYFA requires sufficient notice to be given to the opposing team that the game will be played on an artificial surface and should also include any special requirements, such as footwear/studs/blades etc. |
